This isn't just a challenge, it's a mission for up to 4 people. Over 16 weeks. You'll prepare to complete the Welsh 3000s, 24+ miles, 4.000m of vertical gain. 15 summits over 3.000ft all under 24 hours.

  • 15 Peaks  

  • 24 Miles (38km) peak to peak

  • 4,000m of elevation

You’ll cross three mountain ranges. Snowdon, Glyderau, Carneddau, all on foot, in under 24 hours.

​

This isn’t just a bucket-list hike. It will remodel the body and mind.

Over 16 weeks, you’ll follow a proven program designed to build:

  • Endurance that holds up under pressure

  • Strength that carries over rugged terrain

  • Resilience, perseverance, and discipline 

  • Emotional awareness and control during stress and discomfort

  • Mental clarity in the dark and cold

  • Self-leadership when no one’s coming to save you

FAQs

How is my coaching delivered?
All physical coaching will be provided on the TrainingPeaks app. Mindset and mental fitness will be challenged over time with daily and weekly habits, tasks and challenges.

What kit and equipment do I need?
When you sign up you'll have the kitlist sent to you in the welcome pack. You'll will also receive guidance during the group calls on what to gather ready for the challenge.

How long will the challenge take?
It depends. I aim to make you ready for however long it takes, estimated at 18 hours, start to finish

Are there any prerequisites or experience in the mountains?
Experience will help with this, and I advise getting to Snowdonia before the challenge. As long as you arrive with full effort for the whole program, I will get you through this. We can talk more about this on the initial call.

How often can I contact you?
You have access to me via the TrainingPeaks comment sections. Regular check-ins are emailed to you. You will also get regular group calls to join, and if missed receive notes and recordings.

Is there accommodation?
You will get accommodation the night before and the night after. Due to the nature of this challenge, it is an early start and a late finish.
